When will my order ship? All orders typically ship within 1 business day with many even shipping the same day depending on when you place your order. If for some reason the item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately and you will be given the option of selecting another item, waiting until we get the item in stock or a full refund. We will send an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships out.
How much is shipping? We offer US Mail and UPS shipping options. The price is determined by products ordered, shipping method and destination. You can view your shipping options and prices when you are finished putting together your shopping cart. Please feel free to contact us at 866-565-5350 for a shipping estimate.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We can get our products to you where ever you are.
How do I track my order? As soon as your order ships we will email you the confirmation with tracking details. UPS shipped orders can be tracked at www.ups.com and US Priority and Express Mail orders can be tracked at www.usps.com.
Can I get my order expedited or shipped Next Day Air? We do offer expedited shipping if needed. When checking out please choose the shipping method that you prefer. Feel free to call us at 866-565-5350 if you have questions and to verify when your order will be shipped.
How do your product sizes run? Our products run true to size. Please click on our Size Chart for further assistance in choosing the best size product.
Can I customize the products with my logo? You sure can. Please fill out your information and upload your logo files on our Business Branding form or send your order and logos to info@weteffect.com. We will send you a free illustrated mock-up of your products.
How many products do I need to order to have them customized with my logo? We have a 12 piece minimum requirement per print run. A print run is printing same logo color and size on each product. If you want to print your logo in a different size or color on part of your order this is regarded as a separate print run. Orders of less than 12 pieces incur a $20.00 small order fee.
How soon will my custom logo order ship? Orders requiring screen printing are generally shipped within 10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details for your shipment as soon as your order has been shipped.
Does Wet Effect offer custom manufacturing of Rash Guards, Board Shorts and Fight Shorts? Yes, we offer private label manufacturing of rash guards, board shorts and fight shorts. A 300 pieces rash guard order is required and board shorts and fight shorts require a 140 piece minimum per style and color. Please send us your designs and one of our business branding specialists will contact you to discuss your products.
