Orders being shipped via UPS cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

UPS Next Day Air: Fast, guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and
by 10:30am or end of the next business day depending on destination.

UPS 2ndDay Air: Guaranteed on-time delivery to all 50 states and
by the end of the second business day.

UPS Ground: Guaranteed day-definite ground delivery to every address within the 48 contiguous states.

International recipients are responsible for all duties, customs, and any other taxes placed on the shipment by your country.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged during shipping, please follow these steps. Upon receipt of the package, please inspect the package for any apparent damage to the packaging. Any damage must be reported to the UPS delivery agent at the time of receipt. Contact Wet Effect, Inc at 1-866 565 5350 and report the damages to your order.
