Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Decorated orders require 10-15 business days for processing. All orders are shipped from Belfast, Maine 04915. We offer US Priority Mail and All UPS shipping options. Domestic retail orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt and prior to decorating. Claims for defective merchandise and/or shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Decorated orders may not be exchanged or returned. 

Easy Returns – Returns are welcome within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in original, unused condition for a refund of purchase price. 

Option 1: Use the included UPS label and drop of your package at a UPS Location (applies to domestic orders only).  A charge of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund. Enclose a copy of your packing slip in package.

Option 2: Select the carrier of your choice and return products to the following address.

We will credit the card originally used within 10 business days of receiving your return. Be aware that your credit card company may require up to 5-7 business days to post the credit to your account. An email will be sent as soon as the credit has been issued. A 15% restocking fee is incurred on wholesale account orders that are returned or cancelled.
