Returns and Exchange

Returns or exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of receipt. All products must be in original, unused condition for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will credit the card originally used within 10 business days of receiving your return. Be aware that your credit card company may require up to 5-7 business days to post the credit to your account. An email will be sent as soon as the credit has been issued. A 15% restocking fee is incurred on wholesale account orders that are returned or cancelled.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt and prior to decorating. Claims for defective merchandise and/or shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Decorated orders may not be exchanged or returned. Closeout and discontinued merchandise is not returnable.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please return the item in its unused condition along with the invoice and instructions explaining which product you would like in exchange. Exchange orders are shipped out in the most economical method available unless requested otherwise. The credit card used for the original order will be used for any additional shipping charges. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the replacement products have been shipped.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail. We recommend returning the products via an insured carrier using a traceable shipping method.
